What is HeyKlo?
HeyKlo is a fashion-tech platform that helps you find clothing and accessories based on images. Just upload a photo of an outfit or item you love, and we’ll show you visually similar options you can explore and shop.
How does the image search work?
Our system uses visual recognition technology to analyze the photo you upload and suggest clothing items that match or resemble those in the image. The results include links to stores where you can buy similar items.
Are the search results only available in the U.S.?
For now, many of our search results are based on the U.S. market as we’re still in the prototype phase. We’re working on expanding to support more countries, including local retailers in Portugal and across Europe.
Can I search for full outfits or individual items?
At the moment, the platform only provides results for individual items, as we are still in the prototype phase. We are working towards making it possible to get results for a complete outfit.
The photo I uploaded isn’t showing any results, what should I do?
Make sure you haven’t cropped the photo to a format outside the predefined dimensions. If the issue persists, please contact our support team at support@heyklo.com.
I found a bug or something isn’t working – what should I do?
We’re still in prototype mode, so bugs can happen. Please report any issues to support@heyklo.com and include as much detail as possible (e.g., what you were doing, the image you used, what went wrong).
Do I need to create an account to use HeyKlo?
No account is needed to use the basic search feature. However, you may need to create an account to access personalized recommendations, save your history, or build a wishlist.
